Barbara Corcoran has left many fans wondering about her exercise and diet regime after she showed off her impressive physique in a neon bikini.

The 76-year-old Shark Tank investor — who recently revealed all her cosmetic procedures — flaunted her toned body in a lime green two-piece swimsuit in a post shared on Instagram. 

Here, Femail uncovers Barbara’s secrets to her toned physique – and how she manages to maintain it.

Barbara does weight training three times a week in the exercise room she has in her sprawling New York City home.

‘I work out three days a week with a trainer, or I would never do anything,’ she told fitness trainer and entrepreneur Mark Langowski, aka Body by Mark, last November.

‘I do weightlifting, I do stretching, that’s all I do. Then after that, I have a big a** chocolate donut.’

She previously credited her thrice a week workout as the exercise that ‘saves me.’

‘It’s more for my mental state than my physical well-being,’ she told CNBC.

In May 2020, Barbara showed her quarantine workout routine in a video shared on YouTube.

Her regime included knee bends for 45 seconds, bicycle crunches for 30 seconds, planks for 30 seconds, and 20 leg raises.

Barbara believes her exercise routine has made her the fittest of the Shark Tank sharks.

‘The guys think they’re more fit, but guys always do that stuff,’ she told Body by Mark. ‘I’m the most fit.’

While Barbara hasn’t appeared to talk about her daily diet, a video showing the inside of her refrigerator revealed that she makes sure it is stocked with different protein.

She also doesn’t abstain from alcohol and has sake and white wine stored in the fridge too.

‘I drink a glass of wine with dinner,’ she said.

And it seems as though Barbara enjoys some fast foods, but in moderation.

In July, Barbara posted a fun video of her eating a Shake Shack burger. She had also ordered two sides of fries and a chocolate milkshake to wash it down.

In May, she also posted a photo of herself with a chocolate donut.

‘A donut a day keeps the doctor away… that’s the saying right?’ she captioned the upload. 

Barbara’s mind-blowing neon bikini post was part of a meme that she created to depict the perceived seasonal change that happens between August 31 and September 1.

Her swimwear snap was filed under ‘August 31’ while in a second image, she was bundled in a coat and long scarf in front of fall foliage under ‘September 1.’

Earlier this year, the businesswoman candidly shared how she maintains her youthful looks.

At the time, she posted a photo with all her cosmetic procedures listed with graphic arrows pointing to different areas of her body.

Among the enhancements were three facelifts, a neck lift, laser treatments, and other more common tweaks like a brow wax and hair coloring.

Barbara also named ‘professional teeth whitening,’ an eye lift, lower eyelid skin pinch, and ear filler.
