Meal Plans for Weight Loss
The paleo diet encourages a wide variety of fruits and vegetables as well as other whole foods. Animal products are encouraged, but only those raised ethically and sustainably.

Processed sugars, salt, and certain vegetable oils are avoided. Our ancestors didn’t eat them, and they contribute to obesity, high blood pressure, and heart disease.

Heidi Klum was accused of only eating 900 calories a day with rumours spiralling out of control online, and her America’s Got Talent co-stars were quick to come to her defence.

Sofia Vergara said in a group interview: “That’s not true because you come into my dressing room and eat my stuff, [like] my sandwiches and stuff.”

Heidi called the claims “beyond bonkers” and explained just how upset the assertion made her. She said: “I just hate when people lie like that because, especially, you know, there’s so many people out there that follow or read this, and they say, ‘Oh, she does this, so now I’m only gonna eat 900 calories’.”

She further elaborated: “When it’s about other people’s health, I feel like I have to step in and say, ‘Wait a minute.’ I don’t even care about me; I care about everyone who reads that and possibly gets way too thin. Because 900 calories, that’s, like, insane! I would be like a toothpick.”

Although the reports claim that she hardly eats in order to maintain her 138-pound weight, her co-stars truly aren’t convinced. Terry Crews, the show’s host, also made it clear that he believes that Heidi eats.

Outside the interview, Heidi wanted to make sure that her audience heard the message loud and clear. She wrote on her Instagram story: “I want to say, I don’t think I’ve ever had to count my calories in my life, and don’t believe everything that you read.“

She further explained: “Someone asked me how much I weigh, and I got on the scale and showed how much I weighed. One person writes it, and then everyone jumps on it, and it’s really sad because, you know, people read that and they think that and possibly follow that, and that’s not good.”

While Heidi had shared on Instagram her rather peculiar breakfast of three poached eggs in warm chicken broth, reports conflated this with a low calorie count for the whole day. The inaccurate story then spread through the Internet.
